THE gender boundaries have been blurred again with the invention of mantyhose.
Mantyhose are pantyhose for men. They come in all different colours and patterns - stripes, spots and squares worn under knee length shorts.
Fans of the mantyhose say they should be allowed to wear them without being ridiculed and gawked at on the street because they’re worn on the legs that are gender neutral body parts.
The ones for men are however specially designed with a male comfort panel - some even offering a convenient fly opening panel.
They are said to improve circulation and can be worn under pants to keep warm in winter.
Fans of the hosiery are urging men to wear them as a regular fashion item.

And before anyone says sporting stars wear skins - a form of mantyhose and they’re accepted - they don’t wear them anywhere other than in the sporting arena.
I have put up with men having manicures, pedicures, wearing their collars up and skinny jeans but this has gone too far and if I see a man wearing mantyhose I will ridicule and gawk at them on the street.
Oh … and regardless of fashion evolution, one thing must remain … pantyhose or mantyhose and open toe shoes or thongs do not go.
